Yep! And, if you subscribe to any of the scrapbooking magazines, there are always ads for them inside. The key is finding one that comes close to where you live. I had to drive to Pennsylvania, but it was worth it!

Thanks for reading Gina. Some events to require a license of sorts like the Craft and Hobby Show (CHA), but that is because it is a trade show just for manufacturers and buyers. So if you owned a store and wanted to shop for the latest and greatest to stock up on, you would attend that type of show, see demos, and take orders directly from the companies that were represented there. The regular everyday scrapbooker like you a me could not attend because we are simply customers. However, you can attend a CK Convention show or another show like the one put out by Scrapbook Expo. As a matter of fact, these type of shows were designed just for you and me. They're great because they can combine shopping, classes, crops and everything in between. I had a great time and will go again. I hope what I have written encourages you to go too. Have fun and let me know how it turns out!

Great article, but I've always wondered if I needed a business license to attend events like these. I would love to attend a few. If I do need a license, does it matter what type of business license (for instance, I have a web development business license). Do I need some sort of crafting business license?

Thanks

This is great! I'll definitely have to try the ripped open page, and I like your use of the floral elements. You just opened a whole new section of the craft store for me!

Love the doilies as snowflakes! I don't think we'll ever be completely caught up with our scrapbooks! I've finally learned to accept that, but the process is still fun ;)
